Our Newly Enhanced Website
The password protected portion of this site; available to RV & Marine dealerships, service centers, OEMs and retailers, features increased functionality to obtain information relating to their account activity and history, products, inventory levels and much more. A new enhancement to this site has been made to the product reference area with the addition of the BR Wholesale - Parts Management System (PMS). The PMS module allows for enhanced information relating to nearly 10,000 products and their replacement components. The module features full-color, high resolution pictures, extensive descriptions and fit charts, repair parts schematics, reference manuals and bulletins, troubleshooting information, product and service videos, warranty information and more. Access to the site and all modules and reference materials is provided free to dealers, service centers, OEMs and retailers. A Little Bit of History
J.R. and Ruby Watts were a typical couple living on a typical American street. Back in 1990, their Marshall, Michigan home wasn't much different from those of their neighbors - except that an RV wholesale distributorship was humming along in their garage. Some say it was a single-car garage, to boot. BR Wholesale spent more than a decade operating out of the Watt's garage before launching a major expansion. Knowing how RV service centers struggled to get parts, the Watts decided to become parts distributors - a liaison between OEM's and the aftermarket sector. Having worked for RV electrical manufacturers, Ruby knew the business. Small orders made OEM suppliers reluctant to deal with these companies, especially in cases where only one inverter or transfer switch was needed for a repair. Focusing on the electrical end of the business (inverters, converters, etc.), the Watts began a campaign to convince both the OEM and aftermarket community that BR Wholesale could become a reliable middleman. It was just sheer force of will to convince vendors that they could be a valuable part of their business. BR Wholesale quickly earned a reputation for fast, reliable delivery, personable customer service, and a large parts inventory, which eventually grew from the electrical side to a full line of aftermarket products. As their vendor list grew, so did the garage, ultimately expanding to 5,000 square feet. Despite opening warehouses in California and Mississippi, BR Wholesale still required extra facilities and staff to serve its growing vendor base. In 2002, the company was ready for a major expansion. It just got to the point where everything lined up properly. The company kicked off 2001 by moving into a new 25,000 square foot warehouse, commenced plans for a new warehouse in Tarpon Springs, Florida and explored an entirely new market in the marine sector. In late 2008, Trey Miller took over the position of President of the company. Bringing years of experience in RV wholesale distribution, Trey implemented a growth strategy that began with opening a location in Elkhart, Indiana to allow the company to pull from the seasoned pool of RV industry professionals. In addition to the new office in Indiana an additional warehouse location is planned to open in 2010. At the heart of the business lies fast, reliable delivery. With locations nationwide, BR Wholesale can reach nearly any place in the United States in one day, two days standard UPS. At the end of the day, our customers want their products, they want them quickly; and they want them backed with service and technical support and that is what we are all about!
